Annual Open Day & Spring Fair
Our big day returns Saturday 10th May, 10am - 5pm.
Lots of department demonstrations, plant sales, local produce, children's activities and much more!
Use code 'PLUMPTONSTUDENT' where it prompts 'Do you have an access code?' and your free ticket will appear to purchase. You will need your 'Student ID' on checkout which can be found on your offer letter.
Induction
The first part of the welcome process in September will be registration, enrolment and induction. We’ve been able to digitise a majority of registration and enrolment but there is an expectation that all first-year HE students attend an in-person induction session with their relevant Programme Managers. Here we will also finalise your registration with Plumpton and provide you with your lanyard, student ID and details on how to access your Plumpton email account.
Our degree programmes are validated by the University of Greenwich, you will also be asked to complete a separate registration once you have a Plumpton university ID.
Early in the summer this Information Hub will be updated to provide you with course-specific equipment and reading lists so that you can prepare for the coming academic year. Links will be added towards the bottom of this page.
Student Finance
If this is your first university-level degree then you may be entitled to apply for financial support via Student Finance England. For further information and begin the application process please visit Student finance for undergraduates.
If you are self-funding, you will be asked to set up a payment plan at on campus enrolment and pay a deposit. If you need any guidance, Visit our website to find out more on Course Fees & Funding.
Financial Support
In addition to course fees, students need to factor in living costs and accommodations in their financial planning. Studying for a degree is an investment in your future, so at Plumpton, we are clear that financial worries should not put students off studying.
If you have any financial concerns, please talk to our expert team about funding advice and guidance. For example, bursaries assist students facing financial hardship in education. All students can apply, and if the eligibility criteria are met, a bursary can help with bus travel, accommodation, course equipment, meals, and educational trips.
Visit our website to find out more on Bursaries.
